New England has a #1 from Baltimore (2003 draft day trade - QB Kyle Boller)

Second Round

Oakland has #2 from Tampa Bay (John Gruden)
New Orleans has a #2 from St. Louis (OT Kyle Turley)
New England has a #2 from Miami (2003 draft day trade)
Houston had a #2 from Oakland acquired in a 2003 draft day trade, but forfeited the pick when they selected RB Tony Hollings in 2003 supplemental draft.

Fourth Round

Chicago has a #4 from Washington through New England (pre 2003 draft trade/DT Ted Washington)
New England has a #4 from New Orleans (S Terbucky Jones)
Atlanta has a #4 from Philadelphia (LB Marc Simoneau)
Houston has a #4 from Indianapolis (2003 draft day trade)
Indianapolis has a #4 from St. Louis (DB Rich Coady)

Fifth Round

Denver has a conditional #5 from Washington (DT Lionel Dalton - pick drops to a #7 if Dalton doesn't participate in 40% of Redskins' defensive snaps)

Sixth Round

Pittsburgh has #6 from St. Louis (WR Troy Edwards)
Tampa Bay has a #6 from Indianapolis (S David Gibson)
Green Bay has a #6 from Dallas (WR Terry Glenn)
Philadelphia has a #6 from Green Bay (2003 draft day trade)
San Diego has a conditional #6 from Miami (LB Junior Seau; pick could escalate to a #5 with playing time)
Baltimore has a conditional #6 from Jacksonville (DB Anthony Mitchell; could fall to a 7th with playing time)

Seventh Round

New Orleans has a #7 from Washington (DT Martin Chase; the pick could escalate to a 6th rounder if Chase participates in more than 40% of the Redskins' defensive snaps this season.
Cleveland has a conditional #7 from Buffalo (TE Mark Campbell; pick could escalate to a #6 depending on Campbell's productivity.)
