L.Fitzgerald or M.Williams & Raiders draft
Fitzgerald will probably be allowed to go pro this year but Mike Williams will have to wait till neXt year ~ just curious which reciever you guys would rather have ?
id want Mike Williams ~ personally i hope Raiders draft defense first round ~ Sean Taylor maybe Tommie Harris or Vince Wilfork ( or i could see taking a stub RB to compete with the rest of the AFC West backs ) then draft a wide out in the 2nd round someone who might be left like Ernest Wilford from Va Tech or maybe Rashan Woods from OSU sign or trade for a QB or keep Tui and Gannon in case Tui doesnt work out ~ or maybe Gannon will come back to being the Gannon of the last 3 years and take back his starting role We get Tampa Bay's 2nd round pick this year, right ? |

also don't forget to look in THE DRAFT ROOM section, for all your draft needs

The Raiders don't have the cash (i.e. $25,000,000 in signing bonus money) to resign CWOOD and go after a top dog skill position player in the draft... Personally, I'd like to see them resign CWOOD and get Sean Taylor somewhere in the top #5. Safeties command the least amount of money. Plus with CWOOD and SHOWTIME at the corners, and Taylor developing under R.Woodson, the Raiders would have the foundation for an incredible secondary...

Fitzgerald will probably sue the NFL to try to get in the draft. If he wins I hope we get him (unless T.O. moves across the bay). I agree, this should be a defensive minded draft for us.

![]() Reggie Williams NFL Position: Wide Receiver College: Washington Class: Junior Ht: 6-4 Wt: 220 Strengths: A gamebreaker...Big and very athletic...Fast and quick...Great hands...Knows how to use his big frame...Confident. Weaknesses: Route running needs to be refined but a fine all around wideout. Notes: Would be the #1 player at his position hands down in most years...Still has a high upside...A difference maker and a very high draft pick. |

Look at a kid by the name of Lee Evans..laugh all you want now.
but this kids stock will rise before the draft. He already has better hands then Chris Cambers, and is probable the best wideout coming out of Wisconsin since Al Toon. He is going to be a good one.
