When will Chargers start negotiating?
Has anyone heard any rumors about when the Chargers will start hammering out a contract with theri first round pick? Usually teams that have the #1 start this prior to the draft. I wonder how long they will hold out on a trade? I still say if they keep the pcik they'll go with Gallery.

nah, if they keep the pick, it will be Eli. The reason they are holding out so long is to see what type of trade offers they can get from teams that want Gallery. If they start to negotiate with Eli, than teams will turn their attention to us at the #2 pick. I would think in the next couple of days, if no trade has occured, we will start hearing about negotations with Eli begining. It should be an interesting week leading up to the dratf

I think they will take Phil Rivers, they seem to like QB's with nature behind there name. Leaf and Rivers.
