Welcome first off. I think you deserve an award for the smartest first post overall. Probably in the history of this site.

People forget that games are won in the trenches. Until one of these WR's shows me they can pass and block then forget it.

First off, look how many "can't miss" QB's are having success in the league now What....Manning, Pennington, uh, uhm, Drew Brees, uh, David Carr, Harrington, all having great careers. Who wouldn't rather have Anquan Boldin, Charles Rogers, Anotonio Bryant, Chris Chambers, Ashley Lelie. QB's are a much bigger risk because of the speed of the game and the knowledge that has to go in to it. Receivers run the routes and just catch it. Williams would be a great pick....6'5" 230?? C'mon!! Any Trojan fan like myself is pissed, but excited. I might lose him at SC, but could gain him in the pros. And us out here on the Left Coast who follow the Trojans know how underrated this kid is. LOCK HIM UP!!!!

This is all I've been hearing. Most NFL QBs can throw a frickin ball 40 yards with decent velocity. Some are just better than most at it with the extra arm strenght. I swear, you guys make it sound like if we dont have this certain no name QB to throw the "deep ball", that we will never see one pass go deep next year to Porter or, hopefully, Williams. Be it Gannon, or Tui, or whoever, I guarantee theres going to be deep routes in the game plan no matter what, and the balls will get there. RELAX! JMO

Most NFL QBs can, but none of ours can.

Hey guys,

I saw Mike Williams play every game this year and I definitely say If Larry Fitzgerald isn't there we get Mike Williams. Fitz catches everything so hes a bigger Jerry Rice. Mike bobbles a lot of catches but hes so big that defenders have a hard time tackling him. Hes probably better than Larry after the catch as well. I think its better to take Fitz though because teams triple teamed him in college and he still went over 100 yards in 10 of the 13 games last year.

Definitely we take 1 or the other.

Why take Eli Manning when we have a MVP from a year ago and one of the best backups in the league.

Why take Kellen Winslow Jr. when we have 2 good weapons already at TE: Doug Jolley and Teyo Johnson.

What do u guys think???
