Broke Vince Wilfork’s freshly broken record with 41 bench reps (was then beaten by Issac Sopoaga)! Measured in at 6’5 3/8, 315. Basically all muscle. Very impressive physically.
ISSAC SOPOAGA
Measured in at 6’1, 317 and did an amazing and NFL combine record 42 reps! Also said he maxes at 550!

If we do in fact make the change to the 3-4 i want Sopoaga at Nose Tackle and Olshanky and Brayton as 3-4 Ends. Parella can then come off the bench in Relief, which should keep him Healthy. Christ man, Sopoaga can Bench 550, i want this guy in the middle, in a Raiders Uniform Tearing up Interior Lineman Boulware would be nice, but we have plenty of Tweener Linebackers Williams, Gibson, Pierson, Possibly even AGB at 6'5 255

Beware. Can you say Tony Mandarich. I like the weightroom myself for sizing up strength, work ethic, intangibles. But the bay area is alredy a hotbed for performance enhancing drugs. Is this guy natural and all he is rumored to be? Anyone familiar with him? KLecko with the Pats can BP 520 and crack the lineup. Just want some more info
