Hey Liebo do you think there is any chance of getting Max Starks in the second round. The guy is a monster and could be an anchor in the future

Hey Liebo, do you think the Raiders would be better off drafting Robert Gallery to play left tackle, or go after a 'primetime-type' player at a different position (QB, WR, etc.)? Drafting the offensive lineman would give them Gallery and Walker at the bookends for quite awhile. We hear how everything starts up front so why not solidify our line first?

We got a 7th round pick for Kenyon Coleman. If you go here , you can see all the draft picks for every team. We have two 7th round draft picks.

Yes there is a very good choice we could get Starks in the second round or even the third round. We are going thin at offensive line and if we go get harris or fitzgerald we will need to shore up our line eventually. I have liked what I have seen from Starks as he is a huge tackle who may move to guard. He is a great run blocker and he can overpower his man. His main problem is that he is not the fastest player and he lacks mobility. He will struggle against speed rushers and we may switch him to a guard.

The Raiders might try to pull a fast one on us and trade like they tried to do last year, but there are not many teams with enticing picks for us to trade our #2 pick for. The patriots are the only team with two first rounders, and they are late picks. Look for Al to probably go with the best player available strategy, as he has taken some risks on players that have some baggage and other problems, etc. There are several players like that in the draft, (Losman, J. Jones) and I bet Al will snatch one up in the middle rounds.

i think that they will go wr in round 1, defensive line in round two, offensive line in round 3, and then he will go for the best player available. Also, we have the new coordinator, who ran a 3-4, we may draft a linebacker in the middle rounds and draft Issac Sapoaga or Chad Pugh (Nose tackles) and move to a 3-4

The great thing about Gallery is that he is a smart player who will help us immediately. He will be a superstar and a bookend on our line with Walker, like you said. I believe in the Offensive line philosiphy, because it helps our quarterback, runningbacks, and wide receivers, which we are bad at all right now. I believe in shoring up our OLine then, with the great depth at WR, and even at QB there is some depth. I like Gallery as the Raiders choice, but I dont think Al can pass up a talent like Fitzgerald.

I don't wanna sound like a smart ass but that's exactly what I thought, too! If we end up drafting Fitzgerald with the #2 pick,I hope we can still get a stud at DT. I'm hoping for Darnell Dockett or Marcus Tubbs. Maybe even Dwan Edwards, do you think he's worthy of a high second round pick?
