Jon Stinchcomb
This is just a though. We draft Troy Polamalu and Kelsay in the 1st round and then we draft Jon Stinchcomb and then Teyo Johnson in the 3rd. I am very high on Stinchcomb and hsi brother Matt, is a raider.(you probably knew that) I think with Kennedy retiring soon we have to look toward the future. What do you guys think

Sounds ok to me. I'm not sure though if we'd go with a OL in the second round or not. A guy like Stinchcomb or Hunter would be great at that pick if they are still available.

I don't know about drafting another Stinch. Hunter will be long gone by then but I wouldn't mind taking a shot at Brett Wiiliams from Fl St

That's true, but I like both Stinchs, man, did you see him in the Bowl Game? He was great!

You can never have too much talent on a team no matter the position. The offensive line is no different. I like Stinch a lot, even like Matt still, but I don't know about going there in the second round -- if Mo doesn't come back and he can play G, then sure.

I would be surprised if we get him. Never forget the obscure players we have drafted. There is a way to evaluate talent that few if any have copied! From punters to unknowns like Mark VanEagen we have generaly done much better than most all of the NFL at picking players that really contribute to the team. I love it when the Raiders take their picks. Sometimes I have never heard of them. Me?, I hope for a little defensive help!

Welcome to the board, Mad Bomber 67, and that was a very nice point.
