Here are some comments from the Tenn GM #28 about picking late in the 1st round

"I think down there if you draft for need you automatically drop your first pick to a second-round type of player," said Titans general manager Floyd Reese. "Our philosophy is to take the best available guy who is still there."


Sheds some light on their philosophy - Needs: CB, S, DT, C, G.

Faine seems like the most probable pick for them. Even though it is not stated I gotta believe they need a WR.......

I agree, they need a WR, but I don't like anyone after the top two in the first round. I'll bet they go with a OL, CB or TE. Yes, TE, Frankie Wy isn't gonna be around forever and the Titans can't live without a TE.
