Curry and Nash
Ronald Curry
I know that Ronald Curry will probably be a better basketball player than a football player, but I see this kid as having some potential. This kid is one hell of an athelete. But there are atheletes and then there a good players (James Jett, anyone?) if only we could give him a position. he switched to safety near the end of last season, and I think he still will be. The guy has a good vertical leap(he played basketball at UNC) I don't know, maybe we shouldn't draft a safety? We have him and Derodrik Nash. Maybe we should focus at RB, DE, and WR the first 2 rounds. What do you think? Both of them have potential, but it is risky.

I like Nash alot. He's got the right size, good speed and aggressiveness. He's very raw though and might take a little bit to evolve, especially with limited playing time. Curry is a joke to me. I'm sorry, I always thought the guy was a joke and never should've been drafted, but the Raiders saw physical ability. Unfortunately he's a stiff. I don't see him playing any position for an NFL team except practice squad.

Curry probably will be a bust. But he wasn't even supposed to make the team, so it's not a total loss. He should go back to basketball.
 Curry You Suck!

Agreed, I think Nash has the tools to develop into a decent db in the NFL. He's probably a year or two away from making an impact. Hopefully he'll make the roster this season. He was drafted on the recommendations of a former Raider Dan Land who saw something in this kid. I don't ever want to see Curry near a football unless he's retrieving errant balls during passing drills.

Don't get me wrong, the guy is an athlete (Curry), but as liebo said, an athlete is not a football player. I like having him on the practice squad, he can 'pretend' to be guys like Kordella, McNabb, Vick, etc. in practice for the starters on defense to get a feel for that type of player.
I don't know much about Nash I don't believe I've seen him on the field yet), but everything I've read and his physical tools all seem to point to this project having potential.

#1.) Isn't it Kenyon Nash????
#2.) Curry can eat a dick.... cut him... no more fumbled Kickoff's
And finally...
#3) the thought Of LAMB CURRY has caused me to skip lunch and alter my drive home so as to not pass the Indian Cuisine place by my home.

It said DeRodrick when we drafted him, but on the practice squad, it's Kenyon. Go figure
