Great North Mock Draft (3 rnd) - March 17

This mock has us taking - DT, DE, OT and FS with our 4 picks in the 1st 3 rounds.

If SD gets Trufant, then they could have a very good CB tandem. I would hope that KC or NO woud try to move in front of them and get the CB. Also the Rams might opt for a CB as opposed to taking Bailey.

New England will be a lot better next year. As will New Orleans. These guys have a lot of draft choices.

Cincinnati

Cincinnati does not want the 1st pick. So they are probably trying to force Detroit or someone else to trade with them. By using Rogers or Suggs, they might get Detroit or Dallas or somebody else to panic. I think that they would like to go defense, and try to find a backup QB in rd 2.

Also I like the 1st round picks (from a positional standpoint/focus) and don't know much about the OT or FS guys.

Just my opinion.......

Warren & Redding would be great. I would be satisfied with one of the two. I think defense is the way to go with the first two picks.

I'd be ok with Redding but I have a problem with Ty Warren's work ethic and conditioning. We seem to have enough of those guys. If there's anyway we can move up to grab Kenny Peterson or McDougle, I would probably go that route.
Brett Williams is actually not a bad pick for a late 2nd rounder. Very underrated OL who excels at handling speed rushers. This probably will be LK's last year, so we need to start looking at bringing in some new blood.
I don't know much about Kiel but I thought Todd Johnson from Florida was rated higher and he can play both safety positions.

hey daraydaz, you read my mind. McDougle and Peterson are the guys I would like most, and they'd be possible with a trade up. Suggs is out of the question.
