Another Mock Draft - Football.com - Boyer

Here is another Mock from football.com DJ Boyer.

Personally, I think the Texans will take an OL. Chi will take a DT now that that have Kordell. Buf will take a DT. I will shoot myself if we take Johnson from PSU. Redding is interesting.... and I want a DT!!!! Is Gabriel better than Calico at WR?

*Terry Pierce Middle Linebacker Kansas State

31(31).Oakland Raiders

Larry Johnson Running Back Penn State

The Raiders would like to have another running back with Charlie Garner since Ty Wheatley looks like he is out and Garner is in his 30's. Their should be plenty of running backs on the board so look for Johnson to get the nod because he would be a great change of pace from Garner. If Johnson is off the board look for USC running back Justin Fargas to get the call because the Raiders and Al Davis are always a sucker for speed.

Other possibilities: Bryant Johnson WR Penn State, Lee Suggs RB Virginia Tech, Cory Redding DE Texas, Kyle Boller QB California, Justin Fargas RB USC, Troy Polamalu S USC.

32(32).Oakland Raiders (From Tampa Bay)

Cory Redding Defensive End Texas

The Raiders were really hit with injuries on the defensive line last year and many of their impact players are on the downside of their careers. Cory Redding has a ton of potential and may even be able to play some defensive tackle. If the Raiders don't address the defensive line they may try for a quarterback like Kyle Boller of California.

Other possibilities: Bryant Johnson WR Penn State, Lee Suggs RB Virginia Tech, Cory Redding DE Texas, Larry Johnson RB Penn State, Justin Fargas RB USC, Troy Polamalu S USC.

Agreed on PSU running backs. But one day they are going to actually produce another good back..ala Curt Warner.
