2003 Combine numbers
If anyone is interested, here's a link to the 2003 Combine results per position. As previously reported, a lot of the potential 1st and 2nd rounders did not participate in most of the tests. However, this is good report to gauge the 3-6 round stock. The results include height, weight, 40, vertical leap, broad jump (don't know who her name was), # of bench presses at 225 lbs, 20 yard shuttle, 60 yard shuttle, and the cone drill.

Man Klecko's little boy has got some wheels for a guy that weighs nearly 300 lbs. How about my boy Tyrone Callico, 4.38 40 and he's 225lbs?

Callico looks nice man! Problem is a lot of teams are noticing him and he won't last as long as I had hoped.

BUT CAN THEY PLAY PRO FOOTBALL? Joe Klecko, there's blast from the past! And we thought he was a problem player. OMG!

That's why we should grab him early I wonder if he even makes it out of the 3rd round. I know the Raiders are looking at him.

You might as well say he's 6-4. Very fast young man. How good are his hands? 38" VP isn't all the high, but 4.34 speed makes up for it. Wish I knew more about this guy.

His leaping ability is one of his strong suits so he didn't do that well at the combines but when you're 6'4" going up against a cb who maybe is 6' you already have a 4" edge.
The main knock on him is his route running and consistency but that's something that can be taught. Remember when Porter came out WVa he was very raw as well but very athletic. They seem to be a mirror image of each other.
Having two of the best wr's of all time to mentor under for a year or two make him a real attractive option to the Raiders IMO. I would be ecstatic if we selected him.

Not to mention a HOF WR coach by the name of Fred Biletnikoff. Who was one of the best route runners of all time.

Precisely why I'd love the Raiders to take a flier on the kid in the 3rd-4th round. He's huge, fast and got good hands. Learning how to read a zone and run good routes can be taught if he's willing and able to learn. I'll say this, if nothing else, he's an exciting player to watch.

Dont take a chance get Callico round two before Chucky does, he needs wr speed as well. He wont last until third and trading up there would be useless we need midround picks for D line.

Good point, but I don't worry as much about TBay getting him as I do a team like the Texans or Bengals at the top of round 3.
