I'm not so sure that with Robbins being released from the hospital that our OL troubles are taken care of. Currently only Kennedy and Sims have no question marks and Sims hasn't shown he's a premier LT yet. At times he appears to be, at others he gets abused. I still like Jeff Faine with one of our two picks. The way to combat all these DL additions of our rivals is to block them. We don't know if Middleton will remain, if Collins will return or what the hell is going to happen with Robbins. I know we have depth and possibilities, but our entire offense revolves around Rich Gannon and how good his protection is. Ignoring the OL will be a risky proposition.

The Impact of the Peerless Price Trade

With Atlanta trading for Peerless Price, Buf now has the 23rd choice. I believe Buf will draft a DT.

Teams that will most likely draft a DT - Buf, Min, NE, NYJ, SEA

Teams that will most likely draft a DE - Dal, Den, KC, Phi, SF

Teams that might take DT/DE's - Chi, GB, Ind, NO, NYG

If KC gets Douglas then they fall off the list.

If Chicago does not get Kordell, they might have to take a QB and fall off the DT list.

Bottom line is it will be tough for us to get a top/stud DT at aour current positions.

Jets had 2 new D linemen last year didnt they? Think they go corner first. Edwards wants db depth. Unless the top two dt prospects on their board slide the go cb first.
