That and the brilliant clock management by Trestman when we were already in FG range. How about running the ****ing clock down so that KC doesn't get a chance to pull this out. We're running all game on them and suddenly decide to go with pass plays that ate up no clock.

That was ridiculous - hopefully Cally ripped him one later - I couldn't believe he was laughing like that.

Maybe THIS one will be the wake up call he needs.

On another note, I thought the penalty was only for if you were ON the field and took off a heltmet, and from what we saw, he was off the field when he took off his helmet. Can someone please explain this rule to me?

I'm not entirely sure but I think it also includes players involved in the current play no matter where they are, could be wrong on that though???

They have it covered by the celebrating rule, if you celebrate excessively they throw the flag.
You must keep your helmet on until you return to your bench area, but that is not always enforced unless it's blatant..like PBuch's little episode.

Thanks, guys. I was confused. Sounds like the ref's have a little bit of leeway there - which, IMO, means the Raiders should be super-conservative when it comes to stuff like that.
