Well spoken Crizp! I hope someone on that team can be the catalist, the spark that ignites the flame that once burned on this great team. This is a great team, but they are sleeping. I hope the Giant wakes up before Monday night.

    GO RAIDERS!!!

Big K, I turned on the PM's....and I vote Darth and Crizpy as MVP's...

That is EXACTLY what I was trying to say...there just doesn't seem to be a commitment to the team or its philosphies anymore.

And to really open up a can of worms, I think Al Davis has a little bit of fault in that. With his stranglehold on this team, controlling every aspect of the team and how it plays and handles issues, I think the players just don't have any respect for its coaching staff because they know that the coaches are just "puppets".

I train and lead soldiers every day, and I run into leadership issues daily. We all know who is in charge, regardless of who has rank or position. Do you think we listened to our platoon sergeant out in the desert of Iraq when the **** hit the fan? Hell, no...we listened to the grizzled old E-6 who's been around the block, because he was a strong and fearless leader--not the person who held the title of leader because they didn't act like a leader or take charge when things were down.
