ESPN's take on game
This morning on Sportscenter, both Sean Salsbury and John Clayton stated that the Jets will be the most dangerous team for the Raiders to play, even if they make the SuperBowl. They stated that Ted Cotrell, the Jet Defensive Coordinator, can gameplan against a team he has seen 4 times in 52 weeks.
Anybody agree? Go Jets! |

Anybody agree? Go Jets![/quote:8a9effac65] I will agree that the YETS will probably be the best team the Raiders face on their way to the SB. At least in the AFC. As far as Cotrell is concerned, the Raiders have an entirely new playbook. What he saw in the past ain't gonna be there!!![/quote:8a9effac65] I do think the Jets are a very good, dangerous team. In fact, before the playoffs I said that was the one team that made me nervous. I don't want to look ahead but I think the Titans are really an excellent team, very hardnosed and maybe more difficult to beat than the Jets. They are the hottest team in my opinion based on winning 10 of last 11. |

He may have played the Raiders four times but he hasn't seen the same team. Edwards himself before the Monday Night game after watching five different game films said he haddent seen the same thing twice. Ted Cortell will be seeing this Raider team for the first time Sunday.
Given that field conditions will be wet it something the Jets have not faced here before, BRING IT ON...
