What if NOTHING changes in 2004?
What if its the same coaching staff, intact. Very little loss of players, like Brown, Rice, Gannon and above all Charles Woodson, HUH? What if Al still believes in continunity? What then? Unless my math is wrong we may very well be drafting first in 4/2004, so we add some rooks. Now What?

It hasn't happened since the sixties where we lost 75% of our games two years in a row. I think the last closest time was in the eighties after a loosing season we went 7-9 - **** I wish/hope/pray we get to 7-9!

Good point fckdis****, about the 60's. I guess thats way i can take it all in stride, sort off, cause i've seen this all B4 And as we all know thats when Al Davis took over in '64 and things changed. God i'd love to see him standing in front of his team again..

Worry about 2004 after the season. There's plenty to find out about these players with 7 games to go.
Unless we lose the rest of the games (sick thought), I think Cally gets another shot next year. It's beating a dead horse, but the whole Def. staff needs to go. Casullo should be in danger of losing his job. The only aspect of ST that is consistent is Jano on field goals, Lechler & PBuch on punt returns. Casullo can't take the credit for any of that, they would be good no matter who the coach was. Jano's kickoffs this year have consistently been way short of the end zone so I wonder what Casullo is doing about that. |

I think all hell will brake loose after x-mas.The coaching staff first then the players.This team will not look the same next year.I'm surprised Callihan is still coach.Al knows when things are just a string of bad luck and just stupid coaching.No injuries don't help but you should know how to coach a good team through this.This year should have been the rebuilding year.After a superbowl lost where you do you go.A season like that takes everything out of you.Players don't just bounce back that quick.They should for what they get paid.This offseason will be very interesting.
