McGinnis ****ing rocks. I'd be happy with him or the majority of Cards players for that matter.
Fantasy players - Get Shipp.
Adrian Wilson is becomming the baddest man in football - and he's like 23.

I know what you mean... I would hate to fire Callahan so quick simply due to the fact that he is in the midst of this attrocious season, but the fact is he has made some comments that has to have you question his coaching ability...
"I have done a great job managing and communicating with this team" followed by "I haven't talked with CWood in a month"... Huh???? Plus, it's no surprise that the O-line is the group rushing to defend him... HE'S THE O-LINE COACH!!! That is his trade! not to mention the fact that if noone on the field understands the importance of teamwork like the O-Line.
With that being said, I too would like to try and give Cally all the chances I could, but it is beginning to seem like he is making some really poor decisions and moves.

We'll just have to wait till this Spring to see what AD has up his sleeve... though we might see Tim Brown or ROMO in the interim...

First off... Stoops would be ****in Amazing... But I see that as a big WISH. I actaully was hoping you were gonna come drop some facts on me that would make him more of a fathomable possibilty.
What do you think about The O'Leary guy? How about 9I hat to throw his name into this but...) Jim Mora Jr.???
Who is the O-Coordinator at St louis? That offense moves, and it is apparent to me that Martz is about as good a coach as a 6 yr old girl.
Lastly: is there talk about Romo? Timmy?

Someone mentioned Crennel as a coach. Good D coach and he has a lot of respect in the league.
Stoops has the OK recruit base, hell if Switzer won there, anyone can. Bresnehan beat ranked teams with Navy in college. He is a a successful college coach ALREADY.The whole hiring college argument is what gor Bres his job but you say he sucks.
How many starters were new last year for bres? What did he have to work with the year before that? The guy has solid schemes these guys don't want to play it so they take plays off.
He has fallen to patterns of late though. Suppose it is his fault that we gave the O field position at the 35 the whole Bears game and lost(late fg). It's his fault Doormat missed TWO sacks in backfield vs. the CHiefs when he came through unlbocked(lost by seven). His game vs. the Broncs when he had three zone defenders all lose contain on the same play for an early score it was his fault, two contains lost their key for 14 pints the first quarter. Buch baby sleeping while a FB gets past him is bres' fault also. Bres held the Titans under 30 at home, how many other teams have?
You are so right, he sucks. His schemes are good, his motivation skills may be less, but these are pros. Their job is to play. Plus we have vet players- enough that their on field leadership should motivate.
Three West Divisions in a row. The Chiefs and Denver have had offense during this time.
How many of our picks made the team so far from this draft? How many late round picks? Top Raiders picks were marvelous, the others whom we developed are let go (K.Coleman and J.Harris). Half our first day picks are struggling to do anything right now? This year we got some workout warriors so far. More guys like Gibson...

TAG - I'm in!
LongFavor - Crizpy ya' what you said! I do not see how ANYONE can judge Cally with an old, injured team like we have! How could you do that and still call yourself a Raider fan. Your not even giving Cally a chance and your asking for his head! That pisses me off to the utmost! Let them get healthy then judge. Play bad two games - you guys want a pinkie - four games, your first born - 2for8, your out of here! Look, ask yourselves this - how many are healthy on offense (100%) LESS THAN HALF! and you want Cally to bow out because his second to fourth string (fourth string QB that is!) isn't playing at Playoff level? HOW MANY DO?
I have posted this several times with all the passion one can muster inside these four grey walls they call cubilces. . . Let them get healthy then lets pass judgement PLEASE!
 - I'll get down now. . . .

Win or lose I don't want Callahan gone. I'm with Longfavor I'd like to see some of the players who aren't pulling their weight gone.

The biggest gripe with Callahan is his decision to change the offense from last year. That would be OK if it was working. But after 8 games our offense is pathetic. Even when Gannon was playing it sucked. Why fix what ain't broke?
He continues to say he has this under control. I guess if the goal is to lose then he has great hold on that.
The only reason Al even kept Callahan, after Gruden left, was because he didn't want to have bring in a new coach with a whole new system.
The only way he comes back is if he can get this team in the playoffs, and that looks highly unlikely!

1) Al hates to be wrong and doesnt want it to look as if Tampon got the better deal.
2) Al is loyal and wont pull the plug unless we look like we have the rest of the season.
Having said that if he does make a move look for it to be someone proven and don't count even Jimmy Johnson out. He like Green so hes a possiblity. One thing for sure Bresnahan goes. AL is sometime mysterious but he is committed to winning all the time.

BLITZ, what planet you living on? I love your never say die attitude, but i think we should come back to earth.

Bres gone years ago???
We've been the AFC West (best div. in pro ball) Champs for three straight years - no other team can even repeat - he's working with for the most part old, sub-par, and flat out ****ty players (see our corners last year) and WINNING.
The D has kept us in all but 1 game this whole year.
Man, I hope Bres gets the chance to slap some you ignorant assholes in here.

Take your pick. WOODSON, or CALLY. CALLY lost respect with this team, you think a year will get it back? We clean house. Only way. TURNER will be new MIAMI coach.

Then what about Wanstead?
Bill, if you'll refer to the game tapes the D won as many games as the O last year ... and again, have given us a chance to win each game this year (Denver exculded, but ****, we can lose one can't we?)
If my heads up anyone's ass it's Anna Nicole, but that's not really Raider related

I don't recall the D winning 1 game for us last year (you could argue that SHOWTIME'S int against the Bills may have won that game, but our O put up 42 without the INT). Every game we won we played with the lead and forced the opposing offense to go 1 dimensional. Our best defense was our offense last year... This year our offense is as pathetic as our D... No way to BS this one...
