Just for the record

Jets Coach Herman Edwards said Wednesday that he knew ahead of time about the celebration, taking the air out of one of his team's chief complaints. Players had said after the game they were caught unaware.

``I didn't know how long it was going to take,'' Edwards said. ``But the Tim Brown celebration had nothing to do with the game. Anyone who says it did is being ridiculous.''

That came right from the coach of the Jets. They had just as much time to prepare defensively for that play. Let's let this one rest shall we?

lol, you beat me to the post. Both coaches are letting the players jab at eachother because they both know the game is won on the field. It's good to see though that Edwards ackknowledges that the celebration was not a factor in the loss. I guess he just "outed" most of the YETS fans posting on this board as being ridiculous.
