I'm glad that came up because I've been getting ahead of myself. But, let's say the Raiders do match up with the Bucs. Would Gruden have the advantage in knowing the Raiders offense, or Callahan in knowing Grudens schemes, thoughts etc. (having worked together so long)? It would seem to me that Gruden have the advantage because he knows the Raiders plays, language (signals...).

We are jumping the gun here, but if this scenario were to play out, I think as the possibility of that match up became apparent, we would start to change up the signals, I also think Bc would have the edge as far as fooling Gru is concerned by giving formations different wrinkles. On the flip side, I think Gru would have the edge as far as matching up personel is concerned, he knows our players well. Motivation would be a tie, ex team... vs ...ex coach

Does Gruden get the ring?
A Raiders - Bucs Super Bowl in San Diego would be incredible. My biggest question is when the Raiders win, does Al Davis give Gruden a Super Bowl ring?
