200 LB RBs that run over a 4.5 don't hit holes very fast and lack quickness as well as speed typically. However, I do think Lynch is more of a 4.45 to 4.48 guy, but definately not under 4.4 guy like some people were claiming....that's all I want to point out. Just because he went to Cal doesn't mean he's able to run a 4.2
