Randy, you say you want to win, but you don't put forth the effort to be a winner. You don't display the leadership to be a winner. You "supposedly" fail to support the organization's efforts to turn this team around. You spread negativity and say all the wrong things. You are not a winner. You are a loser. You don't deserve to win, and you especially don't deserve to be a Raider.
