Disagree. By bringing in Sarkisan this proves that we are bringing in a system that is not old and archaeic. Sarkisan comes from the Norm Chow system: short, intermediate and vertical passing game, bootleg, motion in your offense, running the ball downhill or wide, getting your tight ends and backs involved in the passing game, and, quite frankly, exploited a weakness of a defense. This system is complex and it proves we want to play 21st century football offensively.

AL Davis always finds gems when he decides to pick his own person, that is, a person who NFL people have not reccomended. In fact, he has a proven track record of getting young assistants that has what it takes to suceed in Oakland.
