We WASTE draft picks without stability because we draft based on the coaches at that time. i.e. Gallery! Not to say he is a waste but look at what we did that year with Turner - We got the players that suppose to fit his 'system' - Lamont, Gallery and we resigned JP.
We have the set system we can have that continuity. Why does Pitt and Denver (like it or not) have a solid team year in year out.
This year should be a good start because we get the top pick, I just hope that the coach we hire will be here to 'build' on whoever we will pick.
