well is seems to me if anyone were a "good" coach, would'nt they want the challenge of trying to take a team from dismay to glory??
or do most coaches want to go to a team that is all ready set up for them to be in the play-offs??

i just do not buy into all this crap that NO one wants to coach the Raiders.

JMHO (just MY humble opinion)
i don't think its so much coach's dont wanna work in the raiders ORG. but i think its more of the players and there character we got, like moss, and porter. JMO.
