I agree! Why wouldn't any coach want to come here. I believe that most coaches would like the opportunity to coach the Raiders. The myth that most don't has definitely been created by the media and other ex-coaches of the Raiders. Thats what seperates a good coach from a great coach when it comes to the challenge of turning a team around. Look at Gruden, he knew ahead of time the Bucs were in a state of making a run, especially with that defense. He was smart enough to take advantage of that situation. Any respectable coach would take the job if given the opportunity.
