I think we all agree to disagree with ESPN. The offense is the really bad part, but with our D if the offense can improve marginally I think we will improve. Not get into the playoffs next season but still make a decent jump. So I dont think its that in the dumps.

Somebody will want the challenge. They will want the oppurtunity to coach in the NFL. I believe it will happen quicker than last season and we will get a better coach than last season as well.

Raiders fans players past and present coaches and yes even the owner all together are the Raiders but not just one person not even Al Davis by himself is the Raiders!
