I agree, I doubt that the state of the team has a large bearing on the job. IMO, the main hurdle that the Raiders must overcome to get a "quality" coach is $$$. When we begin to pay our coaches salaries more in line with the standard of today's NFL coaches, the better candidates will give the Raiders a more serious look.
