I dont think its the dont want to coach the Raiders. I think it has more to do with how they believe Davis runs his team. IMO they dont want to work for him.

Now there is always somebody who wants a shot that will be willing to come here and work it out. I think that since Sarkisian has worked here before he would be very willing to come.

Raiders fans players past and present coaches and yes even the owner all together are the Raiders but not just one person not even Al Davis by himself is the Raiders!
