Shell didn't get the time to "do anything", so that's unfair to say...a year isn't enough to work magic with this team.
A player being 'pissed' shouldn't affect how he plays- not when you're getting payed millions and fans are counting on you. And losing Porter and Moss wouldn't be so bad - neither one of them want to be Raiders, neither one has performed too well, and it's players like them that attribute to the Raider's diminished passion for winning.
I'm with hardcore927 all the way...I sincerely hope Ryan gets the job.
