Ok y'all. I askd this question to my pal the other day. He explaind, I thought I understood, then....LOLL He realized he had gotten confused n, tried to re-explain it. I'm all confused now! LOLL Someone care to clarify..

What are therr jobs? Strong Safety and, Free Safety. I know one of em can move around more than the other but, I dunno, is it the free safety that is "free" to move all over the field?? LOLL Sorry if this all sounds funny I jus wanna know more about each individual position. But, I'll do threads for those later,as the season gets under way. I may be goin to get a book I saw chi-town suggest in another thread. Anyone know the title? I thought it was Howie Long that wrote it?
