Legs, Legs, Legs and more Legs.
So much of football strength relies on your legs. Squats, lunges, clean and jerks, leg curls and leg extensions are your leg's best friends. Too many highschool kids focus on what they bench. But this can work to your advantage because most football strength at that level is in the legs. Also, lift under supervision as much as possible!! Your better off lifting less weight with a controled motion than lifting heavy weights that force you to break form. Good Luck!
