ok maybe i am not an expert in foot-ball, but my brothers is a doctor and he said to me it's a very bad injury, not the fact he tore 3 ligaments (it happens often without big problem), but in the case of daunte is the interior ligaments, i am personnaly not doctor and cannot make the difference between a ligament and some others parts of my body, but the injury is clearly bad. but an athlete is in good shape, maybe a guy as daunte can return and very good shape, really dont know
