A good team needs good coaching and good upper management. Davis is not managing the team well, and we'll never have good coaching because Davis wants too much control and nobody really good wants to coach here. So for that reason, the Raiders will never be great until the day Al Davis relinquishes his power or steps down.

Al just needs to hang it up and stop running this team into the ground.
