don't get me started about Gruden - we had a good chance of making the SB if it hadn't been for the tuck rule. And if he had stayed on another year we may have won the SB, since Callahan was a fuccking joke of a coach.
The Al Davis of old knew how to put together a winning team. We had some of the best teams in the history of football. But that Al Davis is gone, and as much as he loves the team he needs to realize that he's just hurting the team by running it like a freakin dictatorship.
